You probably go through things either at work, school, or other places. People tend to get stressed out and feel bad about something that happen recently or a long time ago. Ways you can help get over it or get your mind off it is going to be right below:
1. Listen to calm,soft music
2. Do what you like the best (drawing, dancing, singing etc.)
3. Talk it out with someone close
4. Focus about the present not the past.
5. Drink some TEA (my favorite by the way.)
6. Don't let no one get in your head
